1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on

  • E-liquids and vape juices
  • Disposable vape products
  • Opened cartridges or pods
  • Opened accessories and consumable items

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping;
  • Defective upon arrival; or
  • Incorrect compared to your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos or videos of the item and packaging;
  • A description of the issue.

Once your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A description of the issue.
  • A replacement product;
  • Store credit; or

 

  • A refund to your original payment method.

3. Return Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened;
  • Be in their original packaging;
  • Include all accessories and documentation;
  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened disposable vapes;
  • Used coils, pods, and cartridges;
  • Clearance or sale items;
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Clearance or sale items;
  • The item was defective; or
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major failure or does not meet consumer guarantees under applicable Australian law.
